Abstract
The technology of the structural concrete block system OMNIBLOCK is described and its comparative advantages against conventional construction with respect to production and assembly. The system relies on the concept of “progressive construction” as the necessary support to the political and social strategies to make possible its adoption by the population. Finally, some guidelines for the introduction of this technology into the market are presented.
