The Boston Arms, Tufnell Park. This ornate Victorian building started its life as the Boston Hotel in 1999. It has arches, scrolled pediments, pilasters, friezes and elaborate cornicing, the building being topped with a lead covered dome with a cupola, stone gargoyles and a decorative wrought iron weathervane. The building now comprises, nine residential flats, two large indoor music venues and a pub. It illustrates the sustainability of masonry buildings.
