Abstract
Part II of this paper deals with the organization of building operations on site. This requires the identification of the designer’s intentions; the assessment of the resources of materials, manpower and facilities needed; the establishment of the quality of the work to be achieved and communicating it to site management and operatives; and supervising the construction process.
