15 June 2017 ~ Heritage Seminar ‘Through The Keyhole – The Victoria Quarter Conservation Project’.
Dear Sir/Madame
Leading Conservation Contractor Aura Conservation Ltd have teamed up with RICS and the International Masonry Society (IMS) to present a one-day seminar entitled ‘Through The Keyhole – The Victoria Quarter Conservation Project’. The seminar is being held on Thursday 15th June 2017 at the Rose Bowl Leeds Beckett University Lecture Theatre.
What makes this seminar different to other Heritage seminars is the “case study” approach which we have undertaken to present this large complex project in detail; we will be taking you ‘through the keyhole’ to all aspects of the ‘Victoria Quarter’ Conservation Project.
Buildings such as the Victoria Quarter are irreplaceable landmarks of our history and our heritage, however to ensure that they remain in our future and to ensure they survive in our everchanging environment, they require conservation and regeneration.
We have teamed up with technical experts who have been involved in the ‘Victoria Quarter Conservation Project’ to deliver a series of presentations which will give delegates an insight into the scale and technicalities of the project from purchase of the building to completion of the conservation project and future maintenance.
